All product names, titles, model references, and identifiers used on this website are approximate and intended solely for categorization, compatibility reference, descriptive, or stylistic purposes. They do not imply any official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or association with any trademark holder or brand owner.

Product images, renders, mockups, and promotional visuals are for illustrative and marketing purposes only and may differ from the actual product in appearance, packaging, materials, software interface, dimensions, logos, accessories, or details.

The term “Original” refers exclusively to the authenticity and manufacturing source of the item itself and does not indicate affiliation with, licensing by, or production from any third-party trademark owner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that:

  • the product may be inspired by or stylistically similar to existing commercial designs;

  • the item is not marketed or sold as an official product of any external brand unless explicitly specified;

  • purchase decisions are made based on the store’s own descriptions and representations only;

  • minor differences in design, software, branding elements, packaging, specifications, or appearance shall not constitute grounds for refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, or claim of “item not as described.”

The customer further agrees that comparisons made independently by the buyer to third-party brands, products, trademarks, or official manufacturer standards shall not be considered valid justification for returns, payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims against the store.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Unauthorized payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, false “item not as described” claims, or abuse of buyer protection systems may result in evidence submission to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention databases, shipping carriers, and relevant authorities.
